Indoor air quality & duct services in the Miami Valley

The air in a closed-up Ohio home can be dirtier than the air outside. We measure it — not guess — then fix the real problem: better filtration, balanced humidity, and ductwork that’s actually sealed and clean.

What we solve

Dust that never quits

Often leaky return ducts pulling attic and crawlspace air. We seal the source.

Allergies indoors

A true media or HEPA filter captures what a one-inch filter never will.

Dry winter air

A whole-home humidifier stops the static, cracked wood and dry throats.

Muggy summer air

Correct sizing plus dehumidification fixes the clammy, never-comfortable feeling.

Stale, stuffy rooms

Fresh-air ventilation exchanges the air a tight modern home traps.

Musty smell

UV and coil treatment stop the biological growth that a dark, damp coil breeds.

Air Quality & Ducts questions

Do I really need my ducts cleaned?

Not always — it’s oversold in this trade. We inspect first and tell you the truth. Sealing leaky ducts usually does more for your air and bills than a cleaning.

What filter should I use?

For most homes a 4-inch media filter is the sweet spot — far more effective than a one-inch, without starving the system for airflow. We’ll match it to your equipment.

Will a humidifier help in winter?

For most Ohio homes, yes — it stops static shocks, protects wood floors and trim, and makes the same temperature feel warmer, so you can set the thermostat lower.
